Update Meeting

 

Today we have our second online meeting with all of our teams updating on progress and discussing certain issues. The agenda includes:

📌 brief the flow of the program

📌 brief calendar (PC)

📌 update on sponsorship (Treasurer)

📌 update on pubpro (Head Pubpro)

📌 brief online journal (Secretary)

Here are some updates from the meeting:

Agenda 1: Presentation of calender

- no gap in-between session 1 & 2

- If any group wants to change activity or dates of activity can inform PC for adjustment and give a proposed of the new date for PC.

- Q1: Any group is allowed to change activity or add any activities within their group, but then inform PC for the updates.

- Q2: Participants will be informed through the telegram group on activities, challenges, information etc. The timeline of activities will be updated by the week in the telegram group for the participants. Briefing for challenges also via tele group a day before the challenge start.

- Q3: In between challenges by group or any gaps, the group in charge can post infographics or quizzes on feed or ig story to interact with the participants.

- For challenges, non-participants can also join if you post the challenges on IG. Suggestion for the winners can allocate 2 prizes for participants & 2 for non-participants.

Agenda 2: update from PUBRO

- plan of action 

- Take care of our feed: template will be given to standardize, but change according to color codes. There will be 7 colors. And genapkan feed to multiple 3.

- Any suggestion of quotes, quizzes, the picture on diet or nutrition can give to pubro to be uploaded on socmed. Include caption.

- Poster / infographic / video to be uploaded during prog must include a caption. The video sent by pubro group will not be edited by main pubro

Agenda 3: update from Sponsor Team

-     Use crowdfunding to raise money using from parents and students. 

-      If use own money, save or snap resit and give to the treasurer to claim back.

*Some points will not be mentioned here

Agenda 5: Online Portfolio

- will be done weekly

- Nanad will reconfirm when we will start writing the blog

- Language: English

Proposal presentation

- proposal video: record presentation & submit to Dr. All or representative needs to present. Nabahah will ask for an example of the video proposal presentation. Duration video: 15-20mins.

- Proposal written: guideline in google classroom

Our program needs to priorities our participants.
